“Our newly purchased condo required fairly significant renovations (new floors, repaint throughout and complete redo of the kitchen) to bring it up to the standard we had in mind when we purchased it. Unfortunately, there was approximately one week between contracting with C. Veh Construction & Renovations and the requirement to make room for the new owners of our previous home.
